    Some days things come up unexpectedly. Or, I’m tired, or in a bad mood.

    But, your perspective can completely change your experience? Here’s what I mean, take something as simple as doing the dishes. If you approach it with a “ugh, I have to do the dishes” attitude, it’s going to feel like a chore. But what if you shifted your thinking to “I get to do the dishes”?

    Suddenly, it’s not just about scrubbing pots and pans; it’s about having a home, food to eat, and the ability to care for yourself and your loved ones. It’s a privilege, not a burden. You are simply grateful.

    This simple mindset shift can work wonders in all areas of your life. Instead of feeling obligated to go to work, you get to contribute your skills and earn a living. Instead of dreading your workout, you get to move your body and improve your health.

    By adopting an “I get to” mindset, you’ll start to see the opportunities and blessings in even the most mundane tasks. You’ll find more joy and fulfillment in your daily life, and you’ll be less likely to take things for granted.
